Billet casting
Aluminium is melted in S-FORM's own reverberatory furnaces to form the billet every profile starts from.

Profile extrusion
The billet runs through the plant's extrusion presses and becomes the profiles that make up each panel's structure.

Machining and assembly
Profiles are machined and assembled into panels according to the customised design of each project.

Robotic welding
Components are joined by robotic welding and friction stir welding (FSW) on the S-FORM production line.

Pre-operation inspection
Every unit is classified by barcode and inspected before it is released for shipping.
