This website is maintained by S-FORM Brasil, the Brazilian unit of the S-FORM group, whose registered corporate name is S-FORM SISTEMAS DE FORMAS DO BRASIL LTDA, with an office at Av. Marquês de São Vicente, 446, cj 1416/1418, Barra Funda, São Paulo/SP, CEP 01139-000. S-FORM Brasil acts as the controller of the personal data collected through this website.

This website collects personal data in two situations. The first is when you voluntarily submit the quote request form. The requested data is:

• name;
• company / builder;
• business email;
• phone number;
• city and state;
• project type;
• message about the project (optional).

The second is the audience measurement described under “Cookies and tracking”, which happens only if you allow it. Browsing the other pages requires no registration.

Form data is used exclusively to respond to your commercial request: preparing a quote, running a technical project assessment and following up with you. Processing relies on the legal bases of preliminary procedures related to a contract and legitimate interest (Article 7, items V and IX, of the LGPD). We do not use the data for any other purpose, do not sell it and do not share it for third-party marketing. If you allow audience measurement, that data is used only to understand, in aggregate, which pages are visited and through which paths; the legal basis in that case is your consent (art. 7, item I, of the LGPD).

This website uses no advertising cookies and does not profile visitors. Two distinct things are in use: essential technical storage in your browser, which only remembers choices such as your answer to this notice and identifies no one; and Google Analytics 4, an audience cookie that is activated only if you click “Accept”. Until you accept — and also if you decline — Analytics stays in denied mode, storing no cookie and no individual identifier. You can change your choice at any time through the “Privacy preferences” link in the footer of every page. Measurement tells us, in aggregate, which pages are visited; the personalized advertising features of Google remain switched off.

For your message to reach our sales team, form data passes through infrastructure and email delivery providers contracted by S-FORM Brasil, which act as processors and handle the data only under our instructions. Beyond that, data is shared only under a legal obligation or by order of a competent authority. If you allow audience measurement, that data is processed by Google acting as a processor, which involves an international transfer to servers outside Brazil, under Chapter V of the LGPD.

We keep the data for as long as needed to handle your request and the business relationship that follows from it, or for the period required by legal obligations. After that, the data is deleted or anonymized. Audience measurement data, when allowed, is retained by Google Analytics for 14 months and then deleted automatically.
